Return & Refund Policy

At Glissa, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned.

To request a return:

Please fill out our contact form with your order number, the reason for your return, and (if applicable) a photo of the item. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
